Scheduled - Tidal Automation will undergo a planned outage for a system upgrade from Saturday, 09/14/24 at 8 p.m. through Sunday 09/15/24 at 8 p.m. per change management ticket 9548. Tidal Automation is used to schedule PeopleSoft jobs and will be unavailable during the upgrade. The jobs will start again Monday 09/16/24 @ 12:00am per normal operations.

Monitoring - The performance issues correlate to the spike in user sessions starting and appear to have resolved. Mechanisms for reducing the effects of these spikes are being evaluated.

Investigating - The hb-classes partition supporting teaching on the Hellbender HPC cluster is currently degraded. No other portions of the cluster are affected. Technicians are investigating.
